Product Description
AT235G Carbon Fiber Wet Spinning Machine is used for the carbon fiber spinning. It is specially designed for researching new material in the field of textile, macromolecule and other material. It consists of pressure vessel, metering pump, gooseneck, spinneret, coagulating bath, conveying rollers, air-heating device, conveying, washing bath, slow drawing rolls and thermal-setting device, fast drawing rolls and winding device.
Features
★ Manual lifting platform to move the spinning solution tank, dosing pump, gooseneck and spinneret up or down together;
★ 316L stainless steel gooseneck and coagulating bath;
★ Coagulating bath with two filament pressing rollers and optional heating system;
★ Optional heating system for coagulating bath;
★ Heating slot adopts non-touch air heating;
★ Nylon drafting rollers with adjustable rotation speed;
★ The whole line adopt quick joint connecting, it’s easy to assemble;
★ It can simulate the whole process;
