HY7603 Wyzenbeek Abrasion Tester ASTM D4157

HY7603 Wyzenbeek Abrasion Tester is used to determine the abrasion resistance of fabrics by the oscillatory cylinder method. 

The specimens are rubbed against a standard abradant or a wire mesh screen with a backward and forward motion over a curved surface under a specified tension and pressure. After a specified number of cycles, take out the specimens from the clamps on the machine and evaluate the abrasion performance of the specimens.
